These Loosely aged leaves have been left alone for over 15 years, their dry appearance ranges from burnt sienna to dark brown indicative of variances in oxidation which shows up as layers of complexity when brewed. The many faces of this brownish-red brew are sweet cherry wood, musty cedar, and rich earthen soil, all of which whose presence shows up in varying degrees throughout the gongfu cha brewing cycle.
